Is there a way to numerically resize and position stardock fences

So, I hate trying to drag and resize fences, I can almost never get them correctly sized or spaced and while it helps my desktop organization, the offsets just bug me. Is there a way to manually size them numerically?

Resize stardoc fences will not work in Windows 7

I have installed fences from stardock on my Windows 7 machine, however, I can not get the fences to resize. I know what is supposed to work, but no amount of click and dragging will do the trick. Anyone else had a similar problem?

Alternative to Object Bar
