I have tried deleting the partitions on my SD card (Which is not hardware locked) using fdsik, gparted and the ubuntu formater. All confirm the deletion but after the deletion the partition reappears and mounts itself without a scratch. Might there be any other write protection on the SD card besides the hardware switch? Is there any other method to force delete the deletion?
