I want to modify our Teams settings in Office365 so that we can do the following with unwanted messages:

  1. Disable Read receipts for external users only
  2. Send custom messages to external people contacting internal users automatically (sort of "Don't bug us on teams" message.)

I have looked around in the teams admin console but these features are not natively available.

Are there ways to set this up? Maybe with 3rd party tools
