I'm using an archlinux host with a windows 10 guest

error: https://pastebin.com/SmwDDwRg

I've tried creating new udev rules as well as downgrading to an earlier version of libvirt, but the udev rules had no effect even after udevadm control --reload-rules and downgrading just caused a conflict between dependencies that kept me from running virt-manager

the lsusb output of the usb camera device I'm trying to pass through is Bus 001 Device 003: ID 0408:a061 Quanta Computer, Inc. HD User Facing

tldr; the main error I've been getting is: Warning: speed mismatch trying to attach usb device "HD User Facing" (high speed) to bus "usb-bus.0", port "1" (full speed) This leads me to believe that I just have to somehow change the speed of either the usb device or the bus. How could I change either one or both of their speeds?
