Unlike Windows 10 that provides user with option to toggle Tablet Mode, Windows 11 does that automatically by detecting things such as Hardware Keyboard availability

I often like to remote access my work notebook from a tablet to do quick work using Remote Desktop or AnyDesk. Problem is, now that my work notebook runs Windows 11, I lost my ability to enjoy tablet-like experience from my iPad or Android tablets.

If there is no 'official' way to make Windows 11 goes into tablet mode, is there any 'unofficial' way so to say?

  • I don't think you can trick. When I try, it tells me my hardware does not have tablet features (true). So I do not think you can. – John Sep 02 '22 at 00:49
