Trained as a Luthier and Musical Instrument Technician, over 35 years ago in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Worked as the Customer Repairman for Boosey and Hawkes, Edgware, London and as a freelance repairer. Later as a specialist Medical Equipment Hospital Electro-mechanical Engineer.

And a Fellowship of the Royal Society of Arts.
