I am a homeowner after a bitter divorce and my ex husband destroyed the phase balance of the house by moving outlets to create too many on one leg.the house is imbalanced causing a potential fire problem. My trust officer who owns the house, technically, took out fire insurance instead of fixing the problem. I am trying to dtermine if it is expensive to fix and the best way to resolve my problem.I am an artist who can do ALOT OF THINGS. I can't do this stuff but I understand it nevertheless
