Is it possible for my electricity to be out for 19 minutes and my oven's clock not to be flashing like it normally does when I lose power?

    Depends on the details of that clock's circuitry. It is certainly possible to have a clock that keeps time for a while after losing power,. Whether they would have bothered doing so in your oven's clock, I can't tell you. – keshlam May 27 '23 at 01:42
