The title and photo should say it all.
I had chalked up the baseboard separation to foundation movement, but this particularly hot summer I noticed that the stone and brick jutting out in this area.
If the photo quality were better, you'd see some cracking and possibly prior mortar repairs.
Any ideas how to fix this? Thank you.
