I'm installing a new lighting vanity fixture. I have black, white and copper grounding wire coming out from the new fixture. I have black, white and stranded copper wire coming from the terminal outlet on the wall. I've also got a bracket installed with a green grounding nut. The light fixture is brass. I know what to do with the black and white wires. I'm stuck with the 2 grounding wires. I saw a video where they just connected them together in the same manner the live and neutral are. Is this correct or do I have to use the green grounding nut? Any help appreciated. Hope I used the correct terminology, very new to this.

Just join ALL grounds together so everything connects with everything. This advice applies to pretty much all grounds. It does not apply to neutral... – Harper - Reinstate Monica Jul 27 '22 at 17:20
