Getting URL of YouTube video with `youtube-dl` is slow, without downloading video
I want to get the URL using youtube-dl, and the "simulate" option -g that does not download the video.

Is it possible to accelerate downloads in Synaptic Manager?
In Terminal that is possible by using apt-fast (using Axel).
But is it possible to put to work Axel and apt-fast in Synaptic Manager?

When downloading big files it necessary to pause the download many times. A big file can be downloaded by using wget. First start download, then kill wget, then resume download by wget -c.
