Gambas v3.5 is not available in the official Ubuntu software sources.
According to the Gambas web page it is available from the PPA ppa:nemh/gambas3

Just add the PPA to your software sources and try again to install `syncdrive`. The package manager than automatically installs Gambas3 for you. – Florian Diesch Feb 21 '14 at 14:03

I downloaded gambas3-3.5.2.tar.bz2 but I couldn't install. it opens as archive. – Vakhtang Feb 21 '14 at 20:03
