I downloaded 13.04 which took me a couple of hours. I can't tell which file to select to begin the installation. Please let me know what to do next.

In order to Install the Downloaded Ubuntu Variant,Burn the iso file (using dvd burner) you need to Boot up the CD, from there on you can read up the Instructions and follow up.
Note- Burn the image file (iso), don't write it using Windows dvd Writer. I suggest you use Nero.
