I am trying to install Python 3.11. To add the PPA, I do the following steps:

first : sudo add-apt-repository ppa:deadsnakes/ppa

secound : sudo apt update

I get this error:

Err:3 http://ppa.launchpad.net/deadsnakes/ppa/ubuntu focal InRelease 403  Forbidden

I restore default repositories like this link but still problem.

My OS : Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS ‍‍‍
