I want to update my VSP with Ubuntu 19.10 to the latest LTS release.
From this question, I've tried this:
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
sudo apt dist-upgrade
sudo do-release-upgrade
But I still get:

I think I've broken something, since many comands are no longer working (for example: virtualenv, python, or certbot).

How can I upgrade to the latest LTS release?
