RethinkDB has changed their repository url.

It is now:

https://download.rethinkdb.com/repository/ubuntu-(insert version name here) (insert version name here) main

For Ubuntu Eoan, the url would be

https://download.rethinkdb.com/repository/ubuntu-eoan eoan main
