London Univ. 1877 and a member of Convocation, educated at Codrington Coll., Barbados, a student of Lincoln's Inn 10 Nov., 1873 (then aged 19), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1876 (5th son of William Henry Brinsden Bovell, of Barbados, clerk in holy orders); born ⁠ ⁠, 1854.
