The RHINO extension (Rhino Html5 Is Not Oggplayer) adds a special page as well as <video> tag that can play any external Ogg video by generating valid HTML5 code.

Installation

  • Copy the code and place the file(s) in a directory called RHINO in your extensions/ folder.
  • Add the following code at the bottom of your LocalSettings.php file: 
    require_once "$IP/extensions/RHINO/RHINO.php";
  • Yes Done – Navigate to Special:Version on your wiki to verify that the extension is successfully installed.
