Kdenlive is a powerful Non-Linear video editor, based on the MLT framework (similar to OpenShot), with numerous effects and tools for new users and professionals alike. It uses KDE libraries (and thus QT), but can run on any desktop environment or even alone (so long as there is a display of course).

Kdenlive dark theme on Ubuntu 20.04 (How to Enable?)
